Most simple Recipe for Mixed Dal

This mixed Dal recipe given by me in this article is prepared using four different lentils and flavored with Indian Spice to make it taste spicy and delicious. This Mixed Pulses Gravy preparation, which is a main course Curry, tastes equally good with both Rice and Rotis.

1 Cup Toor Dal
Half cup each Channa & Urad dal
1 Table spoon whole Masoor
Two large Tomatoes
Turmeric, Salt and Green Chili as per taste
1 Table spoon Ghee
1 Tea spoon Jeera Seeds
A few springs Coriander leaf [ finely chopped]

Boil together all the Dals along with the tomatoes.
Heat the Ghee and season with Jeera seeds; add Coriander leaf.
Add a few drops of lime juice for a sensational effect.
