This Recipe is for preparing the famous Boondi Ka Raita. This is an easy to prepare Salad and goes nicely along with the main course.

Serves: 4 Persons
200 gram Bundi packet
2 Cup Curd
Red Chili powder
1 Tea spoon Chat Masala
1 Table spoon Coriander (cut in small pieces)
1 Table spoon Pudina [mint leaves]
Salt to Taste
First add Bundi in warm water and then drain the water.
After that mix the Curd nicely and add Salt, Red Chili powder, Chat Masala, Coriander, Pudina and then add Boondi.
