Recipe for Chutney for Batata Vada

This is a recipe for making at home Fastfood Stall Style Spicy Green Maharashtrian Chutney for Batata Vada. This Chutney can be taken with Batata Wada, Idli or Dosa.

Chutney for Batata Vada Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

½ Cup Coconut
5-6 Green Chilies
¼ Cup Coriander
4-5 Petals of Garlic
2 Table Spoon Fried Peanuts
1 Table Spoon Lemon Juice
Salt & Sugar to taste

For Tadka
1 Teaspoon Oil
5-6 Leaves of Kadipatta
1 Tea spoon Rai
1 Tea Spoon Hing

Add Coconut, Coriander, Green Chilies, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Salt, and Lemon Juice & Peanuts mix and grind and then add Tadka and serve with Batata Wada.
