Recipe for Sweet and Tasty Nariyal Paneer Burfi

This is a Recipe for making at home Paneer Coconut Burfi, also called as the Nariyal-Paneer Burfi. This is a sweet, tasty and delicious Burfi, which is prepared using Paneer and Coconut as the main ingredients.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 15 Pieces of the Burfi

Ingredients:
1 Cup Paneer
1 Cup Fresh Coconut (grated)
1 Cup Milk
1 3/4 Cups Sugar
1 Tablespoon Sugar Powder
1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
1 Teaspoon Ghee (apply over the plate)
Dry fruit pieces for garnishing

Preparation:
Shred the Paneer and grate the Coconut.
Apply the Ghee over a stainless steel plate.
In a Kadai, mix the shredded Paneer, grated Coconut, Milk, Sugar and keep it on a medium sized flame until the mixture become thick.
Then add the Cardamom Powder, Sugar Powder, mix it well and pour the mixture over the stainless steel plate.
Garnish with Dry Fruits pieces and keep aside for cooling.
After cooling cut into square size shape.
