Tasty Chicken Keema Thalipeeth

This is a Recipe for preparing at home tasty and delicious Chicken Keema Thalipeeth, an uncommon Chicken recipe, which is suitable as a snack or even as a part of the main course meals.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
500 Gram Chicken Keema
1 Tablespoon Ginger
1 Tablespoon Garlic
2 Big size Onion (chopped)
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Cup Besan
1 Cup Suji (rawa)
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds Powder
Salt as per taste
A pinch Soda by-carb
¼ Cup Ghee

Preparation
Wash the Keema and keep it in a strainer for 5 minutes to drain the excess water.
Heat a tablespoon of Ghee in a Kadai and add the chopped Onion, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Green Chilies, Salt and fry for 3-4 minutes on a slow flame.
Then add the Keema and fry for 2-3 minutes, add ½ cup Water and cook till it is done.
Then add the Lemon Juice and cook for a minute and after that keep the Kheema aside for cooling.
After the Keema cools down add the Besan, Suji, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Seeds Powder, Salt, Soda by-carb and prepare the Thalipeeth Dough. Then prepare eight equal sized balls from the Thalipeeth Dough.
Heat a Tawa and apply a teaspoon Ghee over it.
Take a Plastic sheet and pat one ball into a round Thalipeeth shape and then fry the Kheema Thalipeeth over the Tawa by using Ghee.
Serve hot.
