This is a simple and easy to follow step-by-step Recipe for making at home tasty and delicious Apple Fried Rice or Seb Ka Pulao as this rice preparation is called in the Hindi language. This is a rich and filling Pulao preparation prepared using apples as the main flavoring ingredient, which is a suitable main course rice dish for any kind of parties.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
2 Cups Rice
1 Big Size Red Apple
5 Spring Onion (white)
2 Green Chilies (chopped)
8-10 French Beans
1 Small Size Green Capsicum
1 Small Size Yellow Capsicum
1 Small Size Red Capsicum
8-10 Cashew Nuts
2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
1 Tablespoon Oil
Salt as per taste
Wash and cook the Rice and keep it aside for cooling. Then mix the Soya Sauce with the cooked Rice and keep it aside.
Cut the Onion, Capsicum, Beans into strips size shapes.
Half cook the French Beans.
Cut the Apple into a cube size shapes.
Heat the Oil in a frying pan and add the Onion, Cashew nuts, Raisins and saute for 2-3 minutes on a slow flame.
Then add the French Beans, Salt, Capsicum, mix it well and saute for 2-3 minutes on a medium size flame.
Then add the cooked Rice, mix it well and saute for 3-4 minutes on a medium size flame.
Remove the pan from the flame and garnish with Apple slice and chopped Spring Onions.
