Recipe for Indian Style Grilled Pomfret

This is a simple and easy to follow step-by-step recipe to prepare at home crisp, spicy and delicious Restaurant Style Grilled Pomfert or Tandoori Paplet in a Microwave Owen.
If you do not prefer the taste of the Pomfret or find in too expensive then use can easily replace it with another similar sized Fish.
The preparation method for making the Grilled Pomfret is given in the typical Indian Style of Cooking, you can easily add any of your favourite spices or Masalas if you wish to experiment with this Grilled Pomfret recipe

Grilled Pomfret Preparation Time- 30 Minutes
Baking – Grilling Time- 60 Minutes
Serves- 4 Persons

1 Big size Fish (Pomfret or Salmon)
½ Cup Lemon Juice
½ Cup Olive Oil
½ Cup Coriander (chopped)
½ Cup Parsley (chopped)
½ Cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
½ Teaspoon Saffron
Salt as per taste
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Cut the Fish from the centre, remove the bones from the Fish, and wash it nicely.
Then grill the Fish slightly and remove remaining bones.
Mix the Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Coriander, Parsley, Mint Leaves, Salt, and Black Pepper Powder and prepare the mixture.
In a Microwave Owen spread the Aluminum Foil and keep the Fish over the Foil and pour the mixture over the Fish and then cover it with another foil and seal it.
Keep the Microwave Owen at 45-degree temperature and grill the Fish for an hour or until it is done.
Then remove the Fish from Microwave Owen and cut it into slices.
Garnish with the chopped Parsley.
Serve Pomfret Fish Kebab with Vegetable Pulao or Roti.
