Recipe for Santra-Paneer Salad

This is a simple recipe for preparing at home Orange or Santra – Paneer Salad. The Santra-Paneer Salad, which uses Paneer, Orange and Curds as the main ingredients, is a soothing and healthy Salad, which can be served with main course meals. It can also be a useful Salad, which is suitable for most kinds of parties.
This easy to follow recipe for making Santra Paneer Salad, which has been given in a step-by-step manner will make it most simple for anyone to prepare this Salad in their homes.

Time- 20 Minutes
Serves- 4-5 Persons

250 Grams Curds [Dahi]
50 Grams Paneer
One Orange- Santra
One teaspoon Jeera [Cumin Seeds]
Two Green Challis
Salt and Sugar as per taste.

Peal the Orange, remove the edible flesh part of the Orange, and keep aside.
Shred the Paneer finely and keep aside.
Roast the Cumin Seeds and keep aside.
Chop the Green Chilies finely into small pieces and keep aside.
Beat the Curds thoroughly using a churner and add the Shredded Paneer, Green Chili Pieces, Orange Flesh, Salt, and Sugar as per taste and requirement and mix nicely.
Finally, sprinkle the Salad with the Roasted Cumin Seeds.
The Santra-Paneer Salad is ready for serving; it can also be served chilled.
