Tasty Cheese Shankarpali for Diwali Faral

This is a Recipe for preparing at home for your Diwali Faral tasty Cheese Shankarpali. This crisp and crunchy Cheese flavored Shankarpali also make a great snack for any kind of party, including Kitty and Cocktail parties.
The recipe given by me is simple to understand and makes the preparation of the Cheese Shankarpali very easy.

Tasty Cheese Shankarpali Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients:
1 Cup Cheese
Two Cups Refined Flour (Maida)
½ Teaspoon Pepper Corn
A pinch Soda bi Carb
1 Teaspoon Salt
Two Pinch Yellow edible Color Powder
2 Tablespoon Oil (hot)
Oil for frying the Cheese Shankarpali

Preparation:
Sieve the Maida, Yellow Color and Soda bi Carb, Shred the Cheese, and prepare a corase powder of the Black Pepper Corn.
Mix the Maida, Cheese, Black Pepper Powder and hot Oil and prepare a thick Dough. (Note: while preparing the Dough add the Water very slowly. The Dough should be thick)
Then keep the Dough aside for 30 minutes.
Then prepare three equal balls and roll them like a Chapatti and cut them into small Shankarpali shapes.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and deep-fry the Shankarpali Shapes until the color changes into light brown.
When the Shankarpalis cool down, store them in a plastic bag.
