Jhatpat Ananas Raita

This is a most simple and easy to follow recipe for preparing at home tasty Pineapple-Ananas Raita. The preparation method given by me is extremely simple and does not consume much time or effort. A Jhatpat or quick party salad preparation, which is most suitable when in a hurry.

Half part of a fresh and ripe Pineapple [Aadha Ananas]
3-4 green Chilies [Hari Mirch]
One teaspoon Black Pepper Powder [Kali Miri Powder]
Salt as per your taste and requirement
A few Coriander leaves [Dhaniya Patte]

Skin and cut the Pineapple into small sized pieces.
Chop the green Chilies and Coriander leaves finely.
Mix the Pineapple pieces, chopped green Chilies, Coriander leaves, Pepper Powder and Salt as per your taste and mix nicely.
The Pineapple Salad is ready for serving.
