Jhatpat Pyaz Ka Raita

This is a most simple, easy to follow and time saving recipe to prepare at home Jhatpat or quick Onion or Pyaz Ka Raita. The preparation takes hardly any time to prepare and is most suitable when you are hard pressed for time.

Two large Onions [Do Bade Pyaz]
2-3 green Chilies [Hari Mirch]
Two tablespoons thick Curds [thick Dhai]
A few finely chopped Corianders leaves [optional]
Salt and Sugar as per your taste and requirements

Chop the Onions and green Chilies finely and add the Curds and Sugar and Salt as per your taste and mix nicely.
The Onion Raita is ready for serving.
If you wish to add the Coriander leaves just mix them with the Onion Raita.
