Recipe for Sugarcane [Ganna] Milkshake

This is a great recipe to prepare Sugarcane [Ganna] Milkshake. This Ganneka Milkshake blends the taste of Sugarcane Juice with Milk to make a tasty and uncommon Milkshake.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 2 Cups

One cup Sugarcane Juice
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Ginger Juice [Adrak Ka Juice]
Jeer Powder, Pepper Powder and Salt as per taste
Crushed Ice for chilling the Juice

The preparation is simple the Sugarcane Juice, Milk, Salt as per taste and Adrak Ka Juice have to be blended togeather in a mixer for 4-6 minutes or until you get a fine consistency.
After this, Crushed Ice has to be filled in a glass and then the Sugarcane Milk Shake has to be poured over the Crushed Ice.
While serving you have to sprinkle the Jeera Powder an or Pepper Powder on the top.

Note- The Crushed Ice should not fill more than a couple of inches in the bottom of the glass, otherwise the Sugarcane Milkshake could become watery.
