Recipe for Pomegranate Peanut Raita

This is a Recipe for Pomegranate – Peanut Raita another one of my Raita recipes, which can be served for any kind of party.

2 Cups Yogurt (curd)
4 Tablespoon Coconut (grated)
Two ½-tablespoons Coriander (chopped)
2 Tablespoon Pomegranate Seeds
2 Tablespoon Peanuts (roughly chopped and roasted)

For the Tadka
2 Tablespoon Oil
Two Green Chilies (chopped)
½ “ Ginger (finely Chopped)
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
4-5 Curry Leaves
Two Dry Red Chilies (broken in half)

Mix the Yogurt, Salt, Coconut, and Coriander. And garnish with Pomegranate Seeds, Peanuts.
Heat the Oil in a small size Kadhai, add Mustard Seeds, Green Chilies, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Red Chilies and fry for a minute, and pour over the Yogurt.
Serve chilled.
