Spicy Mixed Flour Rice Paratha

This is a Recipe for Spicy Mixed Flour Rice Paratha. A tasty recipe to prepare spicy Parathas using cooked rice, Maida and Wheat flour. A breakfast or main course dish.

Ingredients
1 Cup Flour – Maida
1 Cup Wheat Flour
½ Cup cooked Rice
¼ Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Tea spoon Red Chili Powder
1 Tea spoon Ginger-Green Chili Paste
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric Powder
2 Table spoon Curd
2 Table spoon Oil
A Pinch of Asafoetida
Oil for shallow frying
Salt as per taste

Preparation
Mash the Rice slightly. Add Rice to the flour along with all the spices and Coriander Leaves, mix it well. Prepare stiff Dough by adding a little Water. Make 10 balls. Roll reach ball with a little dry flour to 4” diameter circles. Shallow fry in Oil.
Serve hot or cold.
