This is an extremely simple recipe for making fresh Chaat Masala at home, which takes hardly any time to prepare and store.
¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida
1 Teaspoon Black Salt
2 Tea spoon Cumin Seeds (grounded and roasted)
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
3 Teaspoon Amchoor (dry mango powder)
2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 ½ Te spoon Salt
To prepare the Chaat Masala, simply grind all the Ingredients, which I have mentioned above to a very fine powder and store in an airtight bottle.
