This is Recipe for Nutritious Pulav, an wholesome Indian rice dish for the main course.
1 Cup Wheat thick Rawa (Dalia)
1 Cup Green Peas
1 Tea spoon Ginger
1 Small Tomato (chopped)
3-4 Green Chilies (chopped)
Masala (4-5 Black Pepper Corn, ¼ Tea spoon Caraway Seeds, 1 Bay Leaf)
Salt as per taste
1 Table spoon Ghee
Heat the Ghee in a Vessel. Add the Masala and Dalia and fry for two-three minutes on a slow flame. Then add the Green Chili, Green Peas, Tomato, Salt and two cups hot Water. Cover with a stainless steel plate, add some Water over the plate, and cook for ten-twelve minutes on a slow flame.
Garnish with grated Coconut and Coriander. Serve hot with Curd.
