This is a Recipe for Simple Indian Style Vegetable Pickle prepared in the traditional Indian style of cooking. Preparation is not time consuming and the method is easy and uncomplicated.
1500 Grams Vegetables * see note below for recommended vegetables
1 Liter Vinegar or Mustard Oil
12 Grams Pepper
12 Grams Cloves
Peel and cut out Vegetables
Smear Salt, keep it for one day.
Put in the sun nest day.
Put Pepper and Cloves in it. Cool it and add Vegetable.
Expose to Sun for a fortnight if in Oil.
