This is a simple to follow Recipe for preparing at home tasty Hotel Style Corn Kababs. This is a crispy and delicious snack, popular in most Cocktail parties, which can also be a welcome add-on to the main course meals.
Serves: 15-16 Kababs
5 Potatoes (boiled, pealed and shredded)
1 Cup Corn Cobs (boiled and slightly grounded in mixer)
5-6 Green Chilies
1 Table spoon Ginger-Garlic paste
Salt to taste
2 Table spoon Phutana Dal powder, (fried Chana Dal powder)
2 Bread slice (crumbs)
1 Tea spoon Lemon Juice
¼ Cup Coriander (chopped)
Mix all the above ingredients and prepare Dough. Then prepare small lime sized balls and press them in the center to make them of a flat and round shape. Heat the Oil in a Kadhai and deep fry until color changes in to a nice shade of brown.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce or Chutney.
