Recipe for Kobi cha Batatavada

This is a Recipe for Kobi cha Batatavada. (Cabbage-Potato-Vada).  A Maharashtrian snack recipe; using cabbage stuffing. A variation of the famous Batata Vada.

Ingredients
½ Kg Potato (boiled and mashed)
½ Kg Cabbage (wash and shred)
5-6 Green Chili (chopped)
1 Cup Coriander (chopped)
1 Lemon Juice
2 Tea spoon Black Gram Dal
1 Cup Bread Crumb
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Preparation
Heat the two table spoon Oil in a frying pan. Then add Black Gram Dal and fry till colour change in to brown. Then add mashed Potatoes, Cabbage, Chili, Coriander, Lemon Juice and Salt and mix it well. Prepare small size balls and roll in to the Bread Crumb and dip fry till colour change in to the light brown. Serve hot.
