Recipe for Curd Spinach (Dahi Palak) Salad

This is a Recipe for Curd Spinach (Dahi Palak) Salad. This is an uncommon Salad for those who fancy the taste of Curd and Spinach combined; simple preparation.

1 Bunch Spinach
1 Cup Curd
2 Table spoon Cream
2 Green Chilies (paste)
Salt to taste

Clean the Spinach and wash it properly and chop it and cook for 2-3 minutes without Water.
After it is cooked remove excess Water and prepare a paste.
Beat the Curd and Cream nicely. Then add Salt, Chilies paste and Spinach paste and mix it well; the Salad is ready.
