This is a very simple Recipe for Gobi ka Salad or Cabbage Salad. A easy recipe, not time consuming.
1 Small Green Cabbage
2 Green Chilies (chopped or paste)
Juice of one Lemon
¼ Cup Coriander (chopped)
Sugar and Salt to taste
2 Tea spoon Oil (hot)
½ Tea spoon Mustard seeds
Cut the Cabbage into long and thin strips.
Then add Tadka, Green Chilies, Coriander, Lemon juice, Salt and Sugar and mix it well and serve.
The Salad is ready.
