This is a authentic Recipe for preparing Dudh Pak (Milk Syrup Kheer). This is an traditional Maharashtrian Kheer recipe, which is an excellent dish for Dessert.
1 Liter Milk
60 Gram Rice
125 Gram Khoya
5 Table spoon Sugar
8 Almonds blanched
½ Tea spoon Cardamom powder
Clean Rice and Soak for 2 Hours after that remove from Water.
Boil Milk in Cooker. Add soaked Rice mix it well. Stir for 1 minute. Close lid. After that cook for 10-12 minutes on low sim.
After that add Sugar, Khoya and Cardamom powder mix it well and cook for 5-7 minutes on low sim.
Decorate with blanched Almonds.
