Recipe for Chocolate Rum Cake

This is a Recipe for preparing at home Cake Shop Style Chocolate Rum Cake. This is a most delicious cake recipe with the flavor of rum, chocolate and walnuts.

¼ Cup Coco Powder
1 Tea spoon Coffee powder
2 Eggs
1 ½ Cup Flour (Maida)
1 ½ Cup Sugar
¾ Cup Butter
¼ Tea spoon Vanilla Essence
¼ Tea spoon salt
½ Tea spoon Baking powder
1 Tea spoon Rum
1 Table spoon Walnut pieces

Sieve Maida, Coffee powder, Coco powder and Salt.
In a separate bowl beat Butter and Sugar
Then beat Eggs
After that mix the Maida, Coffee powder, Salt, Butter mixture and Eggs. Mix it well till the batter is thin ribbon consistency. Then add Vanilla essence, Rum, Baking powder and walnut.
Pour cake batter in the greased microwave safe Cake dish and bake it in the Microwave 15-20 minutes.
