This is a Recipe for preparing Lasan [Garlic] Chutney or Lasanachi Chutney as it is popularly called in Marathi. It can be easily prepared and tastes spicy. This Chutney is traditionally served with Jhunka- Bhakar and is a very popular Maharashtrian side dish.

Lasan [Garlic] Chutney Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 5 Persons
1 Grated Coconut
12-15 Garlic Flakes
½ Tea spoon Chili powder
1 Tea spoon Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Grind all the Ingredients together coarsely. Add a few drops of Oil to the Chutney before serving. That is all, that has to be done, the Lasan Chutney is ready for serving.
