Recipe for Chikoo Ice Cream

This is a Recipe for preparing smooth and crystal free Ice Cream Parlour Style Chikoo Ice Cream. This Ice Cream recipe has been prepared in the typical Indian style.

Chikoo Ice Cream Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Refrigeration Time: 7 Hours
Serves: 6 Persons

½ Liter Basic Ice Cream – See this recipe – Recipe for Basic Ice Cream
1 Cup Chikoo pulp
1 Table spoon Coco Powder
½ Cup Fresh Cream

First of all prepare basic Ice Cream. After that add Chikoo pulp, Coco powder and Cream to the basic Ice Cream and then blend in a mixer for 5-7 minutes stopping about every minute and then restarting; this make the ice cream nice an smooth; without any crystals.
After this keep it in the deep freezer for 6-7 hours.
