Recipe for Basic Ice Cream

This is a Recipe for preparing Basic Ice Cream at home. This is the first and most important step in making ice creams of different flavors; the platform from which you can experiment to your liking.

Basic Ice Cream Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Refrigeration Time:7-8 Hours

½ Liter Milk (cow)
5 Table spoon Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon Stabilizer Powder
1 1/2 Table spoon GMS Powder
1 1/2 Table spoon Corn flour Powder
2 Tablespoon Milk Powder

First boil the Milk and keep it aside for cooling. Then divide into two parts. In the first part add Sugar and keep it on a slow flame.

In the another part add the Milk Powder, Corn Flour, GMS Powder, Stabilizer Powder and mix it well, then add this mixture in to first part and mix it well. Keep stirring for 5 minutes on a slow flame.

Remove from the flame and keep it aside for cooling.

After cooling the Base keep in into deep freezer for 7-8 hours.

While preparing Ice-cream remove from deep freezer and cut into medium size pieces and then add other Ingredients and prepare Ice-cream.

Important Tips
First of all you have to prepare basic the Ice Cream. After that you can prepare any flavor of Ice Cream.
Always take flat table spoons of Corn Flour otherwise Ice Cream will not become Soft and fluffy.
While preparing basic Ice Cream do not add any Essence or color.
