This is a most simple Recipe for preparing Homemage Chai or Tea Masala. This Chai Masala can be used to add flavor to your tea. It can be easily made and stored at home for it is most simple to prepare. Approximately ¼ teaspoon can be added to make 2 cups of tea along with your normal tea powder
25 Gram Sunth [Dry Ginger Powder]
1 Tea spoon Black Pepper
1 Tea spoon White Pepper
10 Gram Green Cardamoms
Heat a frying pan or Kadhai and slightly roast [without oil] all the ingredients which I have given above and then grind to make a fine paste.
