50 Gram Kashmiri Red Chilies
30 Gram Coriander Seeds
5-6 Bay leaves
2 Tea spoon Mango Powder
2 Tea spoon Pomegranate Seeds
2 Tea spoon Black Pepper
1 Tea spoon Ginger Powder (Sunth)
1 Tea spoon Black Salt
1 Tea spoon Cumin Seeds
3-4 Small pieces of Cinnamon
1 Tea spoon Caraway Seeds [Shahjeera] 1 Tea spoon Badi saunf
½ Tea spoon Parsley
Heat 1 Table spoon Oil then add Red Chili and fry for 2-3 minutes on a slow sim and keep it aside.
Then roast all the remaining ingredients separately on a slow sim.
After that grind it well to make a fine powder.
The Pav Bhaji Masala is ready.
