Recipe for Rasam Masala

2 Tea spoon Coriander Seeds
1 Tea spoon Black Pepper
½ Tea spoon Cumin Seeds
¼ Tea Spoon Asafetida
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric
1 Tea spoon Red Gram
2 Tea spoon Red Chili powder
1 Table spoon Oil

Heat 1 table spoon of Oil in a frying pan. Then add all the ingredients and mix them well. Then roast for 2-3 minutes on a slow a sim. After that grind it well and make a thick powder. The Rasam Masala is ready.
