This is another one of my simple Recipes for preparing Carrot Chutney, Gajar Ki Chutney in Hindi.
Carrot Chutney Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
¼ Kg Carrot
½ Cup Til [Sesame Seeds] ¼ Cup Dry Coconut (shredded)
¼ Tea spoon Hing [Asafoetida] 1 Tea spoon Rd Chili powder
1 Table spoon Oil
Salt to taste
First wash the carrots & shred them. Heat the oil in a pan. Then add shredded Carrots & fry for 2-3 minutes on a slow sim. Then add Coconut, Hing, Red chili powder & salt & mix well.
