Recipe for Raw Tomatoes Chutney

This is Recipe for making at home Raw Tomatoes Chutney or Kache Tamatar Ki Chutney in Hindi. This chutney gives the flavor of tomatoes; will taste delicious to tomato lovers, can be served with a variety of snacks and fast food dishes.

Raw Tomatoes Chutney Preparation Time: 25 Minutes
Serves: 2 Persons

2 Big size Tomatoes (cut in small pieces)
1 Small Onion (cut in small pieces)
2 Green Chili (cut in small pieces)
1 Table spoon peanut powder
1 Table spoon Coriander
Sugar & Salt to taste

For Tadka
1 Table spoon Ghee (hot)
1 Tea spoon Jeera

Heat the ghee in a frying pan. Then add onion , jeera & onion. Then fry till colour change in to light pink. Then add tomatoes. Mix it well cook on slow sim & cover with lid. After 2-3 minutes add coriander, peanut powder, salt & sugar then mix it well & keep for 1-2 minutes on low sim.
