This is a simple and easy to follow Recipe for preparing at home Egg or Anda Masala Omelette. This is a nice and spicy Omelet recipe; can be served for breakfast or with the main course.

Serves – 1 Person
1 Green Chili
1 Tea spoon Coriander
Salt to taste
1 Small Onion (cut in small size pieces & fried till color changer into light brown))
1 Tomato cut in small size pieces
1 Small Potato (cut strips & deep fry till color change in to light brown)
Beat the egg then mix the green chili, coriander, salt and then prepare the Omelette.
After that spread the onion & potato strips & roll it.
