Recipe for Chinese Chicken Packets

This is a most simple Recipe for preparing at home delicious Deep-Fried Chinese Chicken Packets. This is a crisp and crunchy Chinese Chicken Recipe; take my word it tastes great.

Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 4-5 Persons

1 Uncooked medium chicken (remove bones and cut into cubes)
1 Sheet of grease proof paper
Oil for frying

For the marinade (Mix together)
½ Cup Vinegar
½ Tea spoon Brown Sugar
½ Cup Soya Sauce
2 Table spoon Garlic-Ginger pastes
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Pinches of Ajinomoto

Mix chicken pieces in a bowl with the marinade. Cover and keep in the fridge overnight.

Next day remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and wrap up each piece tightly in small packets.

Heat oil and deep fry the wrapped chicken packets for 2-3 minutes.

Remove and serve immediately.
