Simple Recipe for Carrot Burfi

This is a simple Recipe for Carrot Burfi. This Sweets Recipe is very tasty and delicious and goes nicely after the main course.

½ Kg Carrot
½ Kg Khoya [whole dried milk]
¼ Kg Sugar
Cardamom seeds
Silver foil [Vark]

Grate the Carrots and fry in Ghee over slow heat till brownish add Khoya and stir well, prepare thick syrup of Sugar and pour in the mixture. Add dry fruits and mix well. Pour this mixture in a greased thali cover with silver vark. When cool cut into desired shape.
