This is a Recipe for preparing Curd Rice. The Dahi Chawal or Dahi Bhaat is a simple Rice Recipe, which is preferred by those who prefer simplicity; many people take this rice as packed food while on a journey as it is good for digestion.
2 Cups Creamy curd
½ cup Milk
1 Tea spoon Mustard
3 Green Chilies
A Piece of Ginger
A small bunch of Coriander leaves fnely chopped
Salt as per taste
Mash the fourth portion of Rice well with salt. Using a ladle. Add the curd and milk slowly and mix well. Heat a kadai and add a spoonful of ghee. Fry mustard and chilies. Add to the rice and garnish it with ginger and coriander leaves.
