Recipe for Scrambled Egg with Cheese

This is a simple and easy to understand Recipe for preparing at home delicious Scrambled Egg with Cheese. Scrambled Eggs is a typical simple Continental Egg dish, which is prepared using Eggs, Milk and Butter, for this Scrambled Eggs recipe, I have added Cheese along the essential spices.
Scrambled Eggs are normally served with Toast for Breakfast and can also be served to sick and ailing persons.

Preparation Time- 15 Minutes
Serves- 2 Persons

4 Big Eggs
6 Table spoon Milk
2 Table spoon Butter
1 Pinch black PepPer powder
½ Tea spoon Salt
4 Table spoon Cheese (shredded)
4 Slice Bread toast

First Beat the 4 Eggs. Then add the Milk, Salt, Black Pepper, Cheese & mix it nicely.
Then heat the butter in the frying pan and add the Eggs mixture & cook 5 minutes on a slow sim.
The mixture should not stick to the frying pan.
Serve with Bread toast & Tomato sauce.
