Egg Pakoras are crisp and tasty; as a snack, starters item for parties or even with the main course. This here is a simple recipe to make Egg Pakoras or Ande Ke Pakode as they are known as in the Hindi language at home.
3 table spoon Besan or Maida
I teaspoon Chili Powder
1 tea spoon Turmeric Powder
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying the Pakoras
Break the eggs in a bowl and add the Besan or Maida to them and stir vigorously to prepare a slightly thick mixture of fine consistency.
Then add the Chili and Turmeric Powder and Salt to this mixture and stir.
Then make Pakoras with this mixture by deep frying small portions of the mixture.
You can if you wish add Potato pulp or finely sliced Onion pieces to the mixture.
Serve hot with Chutneyor Sauce.
