Recipe for French fried eggs

This is very simple and easy to understand recipe for preparing at home French fried eggs. The French Fried Eggs preparation method given in this recipe, boils the Eggs and then Deep-Fries them after dipping them in a specially prepared batter to make them crisp and tasty.

Preparation Time- 30 Minutes
Serves – 3 to 4 Persons

1 kg maida
6 to 7 eggs
1 large cup milk
1 large cup butter
Salt as per taste
Oil or ghee for frying

First of all boil the eggs.
Then mix the maida, milk, butter and salt and stir it vigorously to make a fine and consistent paste.
Then all you have to do is to dip the boiled eggs in this mixture and deep fry them until they turn a nice shade of golden brown.
Serve hot.
