This is recipe for preparing at home crispy and tasty Dhaba or Restaurant Style Chicken Chops in the traditional and authentic Indian style of Non-Veg cooking.

Serves: 5-6 Persons
1 kg chicken chops
10 grams fresh ginger
2 green chilies
1 teaspoon cooking Sauce
1 cup flour
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
Firstly take every chops and mince thoroughly. Beat portion with knife.
Then grind the ginger, onion, green chilies and add the salt, egg and the cooking sauce and soak the chops in it for about an hour.
Then remove the chops. After removing the chops add the flour to the mixture and mix well.
Then coat the chops with the mixture, apply bread crumbs and shallow fry.
