Recipe for Spinach Soup

This is Recipe for preparing Continental Style Spinach Soup. This one is different from the one I had given before; that was in the traditional Indian style of cooking; this is one is of the continental style.

1 Tea Cup chopped Spinach
1 Medium size chopped Onion
3 Tea cups Milk
3 Tea spoon Corn flour
1 Table spoon Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Bread croutons for serving

Heat the Butter and fry the Onion for one minute. Add the Spinach and fry again for one minute. Mix the Milk, Corn flour and 3 tea cups of water and add to the Spinach. Boil for a few minutes. Add Salt and Pepper. Serve hot with croutons.
