Recipe for Red Raw Mango Chutney

This is a easy to prepare recipe for preparing at home Lal Kacche Aam Ki Chutney or Red Raw Mango Chutney. The Lal or Red Color is courtesy the Red Chilli Powder, which is one of the ingredients. This Chutney can be easily eaten with Chapati, Roti, Puri or Plain Rice, it also makes a good add-on item in the Tiffin Box.
The preparation is extremely simple once you have all the needed ingredients in place.

Raw Red Mango Chutney Preparation Time: 10 Minute
Serves: 4 Persons

½ cup dried coconut soaked in water
1 medium sized raw mango
1 tablespoon red chili powder – Lal Mirch
1 small piece of jaggery
Salt and Sugar as per taste

Take all of the above ingredients and grind them finely to make a paste.
The Chutney is ready.
