Recipe for Green Raw Mango Chutney

This is a recipe for Green Raw Mango Chutney or Kache Kairi Ki Chutney as it is called in Hindi. This Chutney is a good accompaniment for rotis or rice, especially in Tiffin boxes. The preparation is extremely simple once you have all the ingredients in place.

Green Raw Mango Chutney Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

1 Cup of grounded Coconut
4 to 5 Green Chilies
1 Medium sized Raw Mango
4 to 5 Petals of Garlic
½ Bunch of Coriander Leaves
Salt and Sugar as per taste

Take all the Ingredients given above and grind them to make a paste. Not much time or effort required to make this Chutney.
