Simple recipe for Carrot Pickle

This is a simple traditional Indian recipe for Carrot Pickle. This Pickle recipe is easy to prepare and known in the Hindi language as Gajar Ka Achar, it can be eaaten with roti, bread or rice and is a good tiffin box item.

1 kg carrots
25 gram mustard powder
Salt turmeric powder
Mustard oil

Firstly wash and clean the carrots and then cut them into long pieces, if the carrots are on the bigger side cut eight pieces, otherwise cut four pieces.
Then mix all the above ingredients along with a little oil.
Then store into a jar and keep in the Sun for four days.
The pickle is ready.
