Recipe for Orange Soufflé

This is a Recipe for Orange Soufflé. This fantastic tasting Soufflé makes a great Dessert offering for any kind of party or function.

2 Cups Milk
½ Cup Sugar
1 Cup Cream
3 Eggs
½ Table spoon Custard powder or Corn flour
1 Orange
1 Packet Gelatin
A few drops Orange essence

Beat Eggs yolk and Sugar vigorously. Add then add Egg yolk and Sugar mixture. Keep it on flame. Just warm it. Do not boil it. Soak the Gelatin in cold water for at least 1 hr… Beat the Egg white till stiff. Peel the Orange and grate the skin. After the custard mixture cools add the gelatin paste, Orange segments, Orange rind, orange essence, Cream and finally add the beaten Egg white. Allow it to set in fridge in the lower shelf.
