This is a Recipe for preparing Apple Caramel Custard, which combines egg and apple flavors to get a unique taste. This is a great pudding to serve after the main course especially in the winter season.
500 Grams Apple
½ Tin Milkmaid
1 Cup Milk
A Pinch Nutmeg powder
1 Table spoon Sugar
¼ Cup Water
Chop and stew the apples in 1 table spoon Sugar with ¼ cup water for about 7-10 minutes. Cool and blend stewed Apples with Milk, Milkmaid, beaten Eggs and Nutmeg powder.
Pour into a greased dish and cover with foil lid.
Steam in a pan of hot water for 30-40 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy your winter.
