This is a Recipe for ]reparing Coffee Trifle. A unique Coffee flavoured Pudding to surprise your guests with.
1 Pack of Marie biscuits
½ Cup sweetened black coffee
1 Liter Milk
4 Table spoon Corn flour
3 Table spoon Coca Powder
1 ½ Cups Sugar
½ Cup chopped Walnuts
½ Cup whipped cream
A few Cherries
To prepare chocolate custard, heat the Milk, add Sugar and then mix the paste of Corn flour + Coco powder and gradually add it to the Milk stirring continuously. When the Milk thickens remove from fire and let it cool.
In a serving bowl. Line the base with a few biscuits dipped lightly in coffee.
Pour custard to cover the biscuits. Repeat the layer till the custard is on top.
Chill the pudding for 1 hr.
Garnish with Cream, chopped Walnuts and Cherries.
