Recipe for Kaju Pista Pudding

This is a Recipe for preparing rich and delicious Kaju Pista Pudding. You can omit the Poppy seeds if you wish; these seeds I must tell you add a unique flavor to the Cashew-Nut – Pistachio Pudding.

2 Cups Milk
½ cup Milk
Pinch of Elaichi powder
1 Tea spoon Poppy seeds paste
5 Dates (cleaned and chopped)
5 Almonds (chopped)
5 Pistachio (chopped)
5 Cashew nuts
1 Tea spoon pure Ghee

Take the 2 cups Milk in a broad nonstick pan and bring it to a boil. Put Sugar, Elaichi powder, Poppy seeds paste and Khajoor in the Milk and let this mixture boil and reduce to about half. Add Almonds, Pistachio and Ghee and keep stirring till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. Pour it in serving dish and garnish with Cashew nuts.
