Easy recipe to prepare Scrambled Eggs

This is an easy recipe to prepare Scrambled Eggs. Tastes great with bread toast.

6 eggs
2 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoon fresh grounded pepper
Salt as per taste
Turmeric if required

First break the eggs in the frying pan and mix the butter, pepper and salt and beat nicely.
Then put on a slow flame and keep stirring constantly.
When the mixture starts hardening slightly remove from fire.
Serve hot.
The ingredients can be increased or decreased as per the quantity you want.
