This is a recipe for preparing at home crisp and spicy Restaurant Style Machli Ka Samosa. These Fish Samosas are a unique and tasty Starters item for Kitty or cocktail parties.
1 Cup Flour
2 ½ Table spoon Oil
Salt to taste
Rohu, Pomfret, Surmai or any other fish
Chili powder, Amchur and Jeera powder to taste
Oil for frying
Fry the fish pieces lightly with dry masala in a little Oil and cook till done, keeping the vessel covered with a lid. Remove bones and mash the fish.
Knead the flour with one tablespoon of Oil and Salt roll out into puris. Cut each puri into halves. Stuff each semicircle with the fish mixture and seal it, giving it the shape of a samosa. Deep fry and serve hot.
