This is a most simple Recipe for preparing crisp and tasty Sabzi or Vegetable Cutlet. The Sabzi Cutlet, which is prepared using a few selected vegetables is a popular add-on to the main course, it can also be served as a snack.
1 ½ Bowl grated Carrot
1 ½ Bowl Beet grated
1 Bowl finely chopped Faras beans
1 Bowl Cauliflower
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
1 Tea spoon Garam Masala
Firstly, boil the Potatoes and grate them, Steam the Vegetables. Mix everything and add Garam Masala. Now make round or heart shape balls and fry them. Serve with Tomato Sauce or Chutney.
